With the name it always seems a big difficult dish and every one knows how delicious it is. I always used to wonder how the mother and the grand mothers have those fairy magic in their hands that the indulging sweets of Eid are so irresistible and results in gaining a pound or two weigh at the end of the festival. It’s a long tradition to send Eid gifts to Pakistan if you are abroad and not able to celebrate the joys of the festival with your family. But what about the taste of delicious sweets of Eid that you are missing? So don’t worry at all. Here I will share the finger linking in fact the bowl linking recipe of sheer khurma so try it and enjoy it.


Ingredients:
•    3 litter Milk

•    2/3 cup Rice

•    250 grams Khoya

•    ¼ cup vermicelli’s

•    4Dried Dates

•    ¼ cup almonds

•    2/3 sugar

•    6-7 green cardamom seeds


 Instructions:

•    Add green cardamom crushed seed and dried dates pieces (cut vertically in 5 pieces each while removing the seed) to 2.5 liter milk and leaves it on very low flame until the milk reduces to 1.5 litter.

•    Soak the rice in water for one hour and then boil it for 30 minutes in 3 glass of water so that only half cup water remains with the rice.

•    Blend the rice with half liter of milk left in a food processer.

•    Boil the almond and remove its skin and then grind them in a grinder.

•    Add the almonds and blended rice to the milk and also add khoya and sugar.

•    Allow it to cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes

•    Now add vermicelli’s cursed in half inch pieces.

•    Cook the mixture for another 5 minutes and the dish out

•    Garnish it with almonds and crushed pistachios and place it in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
